AQUEST CORPORATION designed, supplied and installed two (2) 60’ x 20’, crossflow, hangerbay sized paint booths at an aircraft maintenance facility in Maine. The finishing system represents the largest paint booth on the East Coast of the United States. Aquest designed and equipped the system with the necessary interlocks and safety controls to allow for 80% of the air flow to be recirculated within the hanger, and thereby dramatically reduced the amount of heated make-up air required. Additionally, Aquest assisted the customer in collecting valuable State and Federal greenhouse gas energy rebates. Aquest provided the customer a complete turnkey installation, system startup and commissioning services.
