AQUEST CORPORATION helped a Connecticut machining center improve the overall indoor air quality in their facility by providing several ambient oil mist collectors. Aquest designed and installed a configuration of ambient air cleaners to polish the mist laden air in their shop. The Industrial Maid T-Series is an ideal solution where individual machine source capture / filtration units are not feasible or is cost-prohibitive. The motor size, number and orientation of T-Series units were based on the total cubic foot volume of their production area, anticipated mist levels and the required ventilation rate (air change per hour). These versatile, cost-effective ambient air cleaners can be configured to control: oil mists, light dusts, weld smoke, and vapor / odor.
