AQUEST CORPORATION successfully provided rapid design and installation of a twelve (12) cartridge, 20 HP, 8,000 CFM dust collector for a metal plating facility in RI. The unit was designed to service several buffing stands in their new polishing area expansion. The dust collector and interior/exterior ductwork were designed, delivered and fully installed by the Aquest team within two weeks of order receipt to meet the customer’s end of the year tax and capital expenditure requirements. The heavyduty dust collector featured quick-release filter doors, locking barrel lid kit, exhaust silencer, online/offline automatic compressed air filter cleaning with built-in differential pressure gage, and the industry’s best MERV 15 flameretardant nanofiber cartridge filters.
